At Capitol City Pawn, we strive for customer satisfaction and want you to be confident in your purchases. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy on most items, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Return:

• Most items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from the original date of purchase, as indicated on your sales receipt.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was when purchased, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (if applicable).
• The original sales receipt is required for all returns.

Exclusions:

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Electronics: Due to the nature of electronics, returns may be limited or subject to specific testing procedures. Please inquire about the return policy for electronic items at the time of purchase.
• Jewelry: We take great care in inspecting our jewelry. Returns on jewelry may be limited or subject to inspection for damage or alteration. Please inquire about the return policy for jewelry items at the time of purchase.
• Musical Instruments: Returns on musical instruments may be subject to inspection for damage or wear. Please inquire about the return policy for musical instruments at the time of purchase.
• Items sold "as-is" or with disclosed defects: Items explicitly sold in "as-is" condition or with known defects that were disclosed at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. This will be clearly noted on the sales receipt.
